Mixmag gives readers a free download of Droog + Inxec ‘Better Company’

Over the last five years LA-based imprint Culprit have positioned themselves at the tip of city’s burgeoning house and techno scene. Starting out as a promoter/DJ outfit, the label’s output has continuously shunned the city’s aesthetic tropes of tangerine sunsets and palm trees. Labelheads Andrei Osyka, Brett Griffin and Justin Sloe, collectively known as Droog, have always sought to explore the darker elements of Los Angeles, and that has resulted in Culprit being considered the imprint in the city for underground heads weary of that standard 110bpm poolside flex.

Droog has teamed up with Nottingham tech-house merchant Inxec and shipped ‘Better Company’, a sinister house weapon with nasty vocal bites and an ominous bass snarl lingering underneath. Read more and grab the download here.
